Take any RSS feed and run PEP (Prodigem Enclosure Puller) against it, it looks for any enclosures and automatically makes a .torrent file for it so you can download through that most efficient of ways, marvellous!
Just got the Kanye West Bush clip, took about 10 seconds (it's only small) but check out the page that lists all popular video of the Del.icio.us popluar video RSS feed, click away !!
So now if you have a lot of content you want to distribute, make an RSS feed of it and either run PEP yourself to create a page and let others do it for you, couldn't get much easier to me
