Relaxation Excercises

In the seminar today I had to do some taichi and it was one of those situations where I thought " oh please do I have to!?" but after doing it I did feel better, I may even look into it more and try it out, I'm wondering if it will help me with giving up smoking ....
 
Either way if you see me sitting down , arms aloft , singing Taiiiiiiii Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii for a long time please don't laugh ;)
