- 00:30 Sat - go to bed, get to sleep sometime after 01:30
- 06:45 Sat - get up as awake but tired and AJ is up
- 04:00 Sun - go to bed as party finished (at 02:30) but I felt the need to tidy up
- 07:00 Sun - get up and go play badly in a Golf competition (Club championship)
- 00:30 Mon - go to bed as forgot to pack earlier
- 06:30 Mon - AJ is up and so am I
- 09:00 Tues - get into Hotel bed, dozed for maybe 1 hr on flights so really tired
- 12:00 Tues - wake up and can't get back to sleep, despite breathing exercises etc
I better get some decent sleep tonight, the beds ok, its reasonably quite, I avoided caffeince mostly and I have a bottle of Melatonin with me :)
Off to the OSCON conf soon for a long day of paying attention, just what I need, let's hope there's no Canter-esque pictures of me
