I regularly travel up and down the east coast line and each time I try and
stay connected over my Orange 3G datacard.
Let's just say that it's impossible to keep a connection all the way, in the
big tunnels I can totally understand this but even out in the countryside
it's the same - very spotty to say the least.
It basically means you cannot be connected but there are spots where it is
good coverage so a quick sync or mail sent at certain built up areas where
the train slows down works ok hence why posting this through the mail
interface !
It's a terrible overall experience but at the end of the day even
intermittent connectivity is better than none I guess and as D:ream said
