Mission Statements - can't remember what ours is, do we have one, most likely, perhaps I should Google for it

Feels a bit like being taught to suck eggs right now - bit of history about Microwave invention etc, how the Brits used it for Industrial applications and the Japanese turned it into a domestic application

Laptops rely on battery makers - doh ! no mention of the others as in CPU power consumption, LCD etc etc

Innovation is scaleable and all leverls are important, The trick is to achieve balance between <not fast enough!>

Nice tale about the kids who wanted coloured hoses for pimping up their VW golfs, mark up went from £3.99 to £15.99 and all they had to do was change the colour used

Look for the 'Pixie Dust' in the overall customer experience, as in where it is going wrong.

Virgin Mobile is all about his brand since he doesn't have any infrastructure, personally it has more to do with cheap SMS bundles if you ask me....
